Home Treatment
If your gums are mildly swollen and red, flossing every day and brushing your teeth in the morning, after meals and snacks, and before bed can help reverse these symptoms of gum disease. For more information on how to care for your teeth, see:
Effective tooth brushing and flossing.
The following steps can also help to reverse or prevent gum disease:
Use a tartar-control toothpaste that contains fluoride.
Use an antiseptic mouthwash, such as Listerine, or an antiplaque mouthwash.
Chew sugar-free gum after meals if you are unable to brush your teeth.
Carefully use a toothpick after meals if you are unable to brush your teeth right away.

brush properly (brush at 45degree angle towards the gumline) for 5 minutes in morning & night.
you could use an antibacterial mouthwash after you brush, and rinse your mouth well with salt water after each meal.
floss once each day by gently brinigng the floss between the teeth AND gently slide it into the sides of the tooth (following the curve of the flesh). don't be afraid this is how u should do it! go back and forth and then back out, and repeat for ALL teeth u wanna keep ;) (that includes the molars!)
all the best! gum disease can be stopped :)

Tooth picking. Lots of it. After every meal. You could rinse with Lysterine or baking soda to change the bacterial balance. But tooth picking really is the best way to clean your teeth. If you need help in certain areas, there is a tool called a PerioAid. It is an angled toothpick holder.

There are no home remidies for gum disease (periodontal disease). It is uncurable, simply maintainable. Dont risk your teeth or health, as there are links between perio disease and heart disease. Go to the dentist!!
