For my man's birthday...?

My boyfriend and I share the same birthday, July 10th. I was wondering, what would be a good way to surprise him but at the same time I can enjoy myself as well??? I was thinking maybe a theme park (I live in florida)... What do you think?

Money is a little tight. spending budget about 500 dollars a little more if I feel extra generous!

What does he like to do? Theme park sounds great unless money is tight.
