Definitely eat lots of carbs before you go out driving! I always take a Goodie/BC Power which I'm sure that's all psychosomatic, mind over matter! Whether that part helps or not and can be proven- how knows?!? However when the beer goggles come on and you're swearing to the porcelain God, "I SWEAR I'LL NEVER DRINK THAT MUCH AGAIN!" WATER...WATER....WATER.... Alcohol dehydrates the body, duh?!? How men can sit around on a hot summer afternoon and kill a case a piece I'll never know?!? The more sweet drinks you have, the worse the hangover will be. (Hence men being able to handle alcohol better than women cause they sit around and drink beer and most women drink foo-foo fruit drinks with little umbrellas on them! Call me crazy, but go to Mickey-Dee's, Burger King, where-ever and get as much fat/protein in you as possible! Fat and Protein is what allows the cells to pass fluid efficiently between the walls of the cell. (Not too get to in-depth but they are actually called protein transmitters). I was told when I was younger that hangovers get worse as you get older! Ummm.. YEP! My personal favorite cure (besides driving an hour to my mom's and crying like a baby lol) is grilled cheese sandwiches! Works every time! If you can't keep anything down, drink 2-tablespoons of water every 2 minutes until your able to keep that down. Once you do.... you'll have an excuse to head out for junkie fast food! lol :)

To prevent this from happening next time : If you know you will be partying hard a friend told me to make sure you eat some carbs before you start drinking. Like for example some fries or a baked potato. The worst thing you can do is to drink on an empty stomach !!

Actually throwing up is good for you. It gets rid of the excess alc. in your stomach which weould continue getting into your system and maintaining the hangover. Think about it...dont you feel better after throwing up?

Have some crackers or dry bread. That should help settle your stomach. Drink some water, but not too fast and not too cold. Oh...and I think part of the ritual calls for you swearing to never drink again ;) Hope you feel better.

H2O!!! you need to hydrate your body!!!! Alcohol is a toxin and when your body processes toxins it makes your body work over-time. you body is made up of what...like 75% water, water is vital for proper body funtion when your body is stressed ie: trying to rid it self of toxins, it can dehydrate you.if your liquid intake is all alcohol that crappy feeling is bond to happen. next time you drink make sure you have acouple glasses of water over the course of the night and remember these simple rules: liquor b4 beer and your in the clear, beer b4 liquor you'll never be sicker. and wine ONLY with wine and Only of its kind (never drink red with white) . hope this help :)

Hmmm...looks like you drank waaay to much....Been there, done that and will never go back again. Abuse of the body sucks. Will anyone ever learn?

Now go drink ALOT of WATER, go to sleep and eat small portions of food till you feel better.

Stop drinking in excess or even stop drinking and you won't feel like crap! Best of luck to you!

Take (2) regular strength Tylenol (325 mg) before going to bed! The key is you have to take the Tylenol after your last drink & before you go to bed.

Trust me, if you take this advice, you will feel better in the morning!
