d,which all the enlightened masters want us to b,
past oriented-always thinking about the past & cursing it
future oriented-always anxious about the future
(persons who have belief in god , but then to don't trust god 100%)

when i meant present oriented
learning from the past is good,plan for the future is also good,
but not learning from the past or planing for the future is bad

doing things in totality & having few or no unnecessary thoughts

i think a lot of people who want to be totally present cannot be because we are humans that way. we strive for it, of course, but nobody would could be completely that. even the greatest, most intuned people has to think about the past and the futrue.

I want to believe I'm present oriented, but I can't say that I have few or no unnecessary thoughts. I have an active mind, but don't use it to worry about the future or rehash the past.

being present-oriented is really hard, escpecially if you're not nearly where you want to be. like if you're working two jobs to pay for college, you're not exactly enjoying where you are right now.
it takes a lot of patience and gratefullness to live in the present, and those are two things most people lack.
