you will get to the point...soon...where seeing someone eat junk food does not make you jealous...in fact....it may even gross you out a bit. I am there....although I LOVE oreo cookies....and ice cream....candy and pop sort of gross me out (but sometimes i might drink a pop).
Stick to your guns...what is now effort will soon become habit....and you won't feel jealous or compelled to eat poorly again!

I have to tell i feel the same way! I am a diabetic and i cant have all that junk food. But here what my doctor tells me you dont need all the time you can have it in moderation. So lets say you wants potato chips, go ahead take 2 handfuls and put the bag away. Its not a healthy choice but at least your doing better than a lot of people who eat the whole bag! well kep up the good work hope this helped remember if u keep this up you will fel good about urself trust me God bless!!

No it does not bother me. I can eat lots of junk and not get fat but I don't want my body made of junk. My mother could eat unlimited junk and not get fat so she did. She died of a stroke at 46. The doctor said that she had the veins of an 80 year old woman.
See this site for more on this and easier ways to lose weight in case for now you want to indulge in some junk food while young. I was a chemistry major in college, myself. My mother's brother had a PhD in chemistry and he ate healthy. He lived until age 70.

Yes some of us aren't as lucky as others. I don't really care for junk food that much unless its oreos or a few other things. But if you eat right most the time and exercise that junk food every now and again isn't going to hurt you.

i don't get depressed. i sometimes eat a little of them. i like the answers of numbers 1, 4 and 9. for your appetite to junk foods, try to ready kinds of food which you will eat at times you'll see her with her junks. Nuts, pumpkin seeds, fruits, and vegetables like sweet potatoes and others will satisfy you. A good supplement will drive your thoughts away from eating and bring you to other interests other than that.

trust it or no longer, exercising helps with melancholy. including 0.5-hour of aerobic an afternoon will relieve your rigidity and help you no longer in uncomplicated phrases bodily yet mentally to boot. end eating processed nutrients to boot. commence through dealing with your pantry and refrigerator and putting aside all the nutrients which will ward off you out of your weight-loss objective. also, the added you practice your self in nutrients, the added a lot less complicated and efficient it will be to shed those extra pounds. in case your complications are too a lot that you need to handle, I recommend you bypass to someone you could trust to take heed to you out. now and again we only favor someone to take heed to us and understand. wish issues exercising recurring.

LOL. Yes. My husband eats whatever he wants whenever he wants and I just smell it and eat my baby carrots and think about how much healthier I am.

sweetheart.....she will get fat or it will affect her health eventually drastically...i can guarantee u that....ANYTHING you eat affects ur body on some level....therefore think of it this way....ur body is a temple....u hire all types of servants and leaders and all that....now slowly and slowly...u start hiring less effective ones or lazy one or corrupt ones...eventaully...ur tmple will be full of criminals and ineffective personel...therefore it will collapse systematically....exactly same for your body...it takes time hun...so wait and see what happens to her in time....as for urself...u can treat urself to whatever u desire or crave 20% of time max....so one out of 5 meals...eat something u crave...IN moderation ofcourse....
