Fresh orange juice generally has a fruity and pleasantly acidic taste. Besides water and sugar, it contains a high amount of vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Some manufacturers add citric acid or ascorbic acid to their products, in addition to other nutrients such as Calcium and Vitamin D. Citrus juices also contain flavonoids that are believed to have beneficial effects. However, if drunk on an empty stomach, orange juice tends to exacerbate present gastro-intestinal conditions, and/or cause mild and temporary stomach upset.

It is, but hardly as good as eating an orange or two. Juices are mostly fructose and the vitamins don't live long after the fruit's been cut and juiced. Also, fruits have fiber, fruit juice has hardly any. But as far as juices go, orange is one of the best. Apple juice, which is so popular, has practically no nutrition and SO MUCH fructose, which is nothing but sugar.

As a matter of fact yes it is good for you one ought to drink this stuff before the time comes when you get sick, your bodies system strengthens, also I know we all hear that Milk is good for your bones and many a people over look what a good source of Calcium this is, if I am wrong than it is a good source of vitamin D but I doubt this is the case, the diffrence between Vitamin D and Calcium is one is rich with the source your body needs, but without the other it is nearly pointless because your body will regishade most of what the other sends, so 1 need one in order to absorb the other. Drink it up dude, with Vodka you know it! 2 Birds with one stone,..

Yes orange juice is good for you. Orange juice helps the body produce hydrogen peroxide, H2O2. Once the H2O (water) is separated the remaining oxygen singlet will destroy bacteria. O1 will destroy any bacteria, virus, etc. See ozone generators, but remember they must be fed with pure oxygen since the air we breath is 80% nitrogen and only 20% oxygen.

I think so, but orange juice might be too acidic for some people to take. I can only handle a few sips until my stomach starts to hurt.

yes, but the calorie content is a little high. It has high amounts of Vitamin C, and I think Folic Acid. Just don't drink too much if you're worried about the calorie content.

Definitely. It would be even very beneficial if it derived directly from the fruit unprocessed. Bottoms up for a whole lot of Vitamin C!!!
