First of all ...thats an old article.(2002?)California is already a "minority majority state".Which means that there are more Mexicans than white,so you better start packin if you have a problem with that.I'm sorry,but if you have a problem with there being more non-whites than whites,your a racist.
Just becasue they are "non-white" does not mean that they are not Americans.The illegals only make up a small portion,your also afraid of the "mexican-americans".I feel sorry for you.

They protest for Aztlan, but when the government comes knocking, do they still pay their taxes...are subject to our laws...do people their join our armed services...do they join our law enforcement...do they teach themselves how to live under our rules...has one person declared sovereignty over our constitution and ceded from the state or union...do they live under our federal laws...do they enforce their laws over Sacramento's or Washingtons...do they really want a better life...or do they want to turn back to whence they came...Mexico...
When did they stop living under our system of government and become autonomous and self-ruling, when did they create their own constitution and defenses...aren't our defenses still under America's control there...when they apply for benefits, do they not get them under our rules...do they not use American money, not Mexico's....
No matter how much they deny it, they are still living under our roof. Should that change, there would be a very short civil war. They are deluding themselves. They lie to each other that the land they live on is their own country for entertainment.
They follow false beliefs and false history, they fight for an identity that is not theirs to keep. They pray for something they cannot have.
Changing the flag doesn't change their territory, it only asserts they would bite the hand of freedom they have been given for an oppresive government in it's place.
They are, against all they believe...under American sovereignty. They organize to spread lies, to strike down law, to deny any other people's their own identity and heritage...yet they are still under American soveriengty from which there worst nightmares cannot escape.
They breed false hope to their own people. Just because they live together in a neighborhood...they still live in America.
