• Fortified milk
• Low-fat creamed soup
• Low-fat yogurt
• Low-fat cottage cheese
• Scrambled eggs
• Egg salad made with low-fat mayonnaise
• Fat free refried beans
-unless you are vegan, then you are pretty much stuck with beans

College textbooks on nutrition say that protein deficiency is rare in the world and does not exist in this part of the world. Americans consume too much protein leading to cancer.
5,000 studies show that fruit and vegetables prevent cancer. Protein is in all food. Nuts, seeds and beans have a lot of protein and the first 2 have a high amount of good fat. Site below tells advantages of raw food and has link to biggest list of recipes.

Contrary to what the meat and dairy industry would have you believe, almost ALL natural foods have good protein. Just eat a wide variety of foods and don't worry about protein too much.

All nuts are good except peanuts, Broccoli is a good source of protien, tofu is good, Eat lots of whole wheat pasta.I've been a vegetarian for 20 years just eat the stuff that taste good. http://www.notmilk.com

Beans are a good bet. Tofu is made from beans. There is also protein in nut, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds.

Soy if great cuz it comes in lots of different forms, there should be one to meet your fancy.
Nuts of great cuz they come in a wide varitety, but be careful they're usually high in calories.
There's also beans, and eggs, and lots of vegetables.
