take an aleve/motrin and get a good night sleep. if it still hurts in a couple of days, you should see your primary care doctor. if you get any shooting pains down your legs at any time, or have any numbness on your body, you should go to the doctor right away.
laying on a heating pad at home may help, as well. they sell those "icy-hot" stickers things over-the-counter which may help during the day while you are in school.

go take a shower and put on really hot water then really cool water and do that a few times. Then take some aleve to help it. Then try stretching it very lightly like bending down. Try to stay a little active and dont stay in the same place too long. Sleep and take some more aleve in the morning. This is the best you can do for now and dont swim again if it hurts in the morning

Take some ibuprofen, it's better for muscular pain than tylenol. You're old enough for the adult dose. Also try a heating pad; heat works really well to help relax muscles. Rest as much as you can until your time for swimming. If it still hurts, tell the adult that you are hurt and can't participate. If you don't, you could injure yourself further.

I feel bad for you. I'm currently suffering for the pas two years now. I hope you haven't damaged any thing. If this is an acute problem and I truly hope it is, sit in very warm water with epsom salt ( you can find it in the drug store) use heating pad, pain killers, try lying on a hard surface (floor). I'll pray for you cause I know what you're going through.

you don't have to be old to hurt your back, try putting ice on it and take some pain killers. Try not to move so much (ask someone to write you a note to get out of swimming)

Hey im 15 and i play basketball andsometimes I hurt my back too.The best thing to do is get a icyhot pack and slap it on there. If you don't have an icyhot pack then have someone to massage your back or just don't swim tomorrow!
