It really is okay to just be good friend.
Treasure the friendship you have with her. Do things with her. And just be friends. You will always remember this time, and look back on it fondly. Sure there will be twinges of "what if", but it's okay, you can deal with those. Friendship itself can be very special ... and often longer lasting than "relationships".

Be her friend. Don't lay a lot of heavy "love" stuff on her when she's made it plain to you, she doesn't reciprocate your feelings. That'd just make it awkward and embarrassing for both of you. Let the friendship develop, and count yourself lucky. Friends tend to last longer than lovers.

This happened to me and ended well. Don't push it. One day maybe ask her to the movies but don't say date or friends just say wanna go to the movies. Get some floweres maybe and dress nice. When your in the movie just glance at her and stare fro a few minutes smile and look away if she looks at you stare into her eyes and smile. Then look back into her eyes and smile look away fast like a little game. Sometimes the girl keeps it up or she just laughs. You don't want to freak her out so don't stare too much. After the movie say "I had a good time, we should go hang out more often. i have had sumptin n my chest for a while and well I wabt to get it out. i like you. more than friends ad maybe you don't like me that way. So if your really my friend you won't get freaked out and never talk to me again. I'm not saying you have to like me , its your choice but don't get freaked out..." Then be silent for a few and if she doesn't say anythig walk away and if she says i like you too say "Really?" or soemthing casual an if she says no i don't like you that way say "Thanks anyways." and walk off to the bathroom. Don't get mad at yourself if she says no its her lost and later in life she'll kick herself for it.:) have fun!

I have the same problem, if she already knows then say " I love you but I know you don't feel the same way. But if you every need me I will be there for you."

If she doesn't know write her some secret admirer lettlers that are really sweet, then on your last letter tell your name.

Just tell her how you feel and if you're good friends she will understand and maybe take the offer. It doesn't hurt to know if she feels the same way you do.
