I tried to separate them by going to view also and changed all the views but could not successfully separate them. How to solve this? Thanks? Pleasae advise.

Look in the very bottom-left corner. There are 4 little boxes next to the scroll bar. Click on the 3rd box from the left ("Print Layout View"), and you should see the pages separated again.

Good luck.

If you've changed the views with no success, try going to Tools/Options/View
Middle of pop-up, there's an option for whiting space between pages. See if changing that helps. Good Luck!

Remove the page breaks. If you have page breaks, it doesn't need to show separate pages because you've told it where to start a new page. If you don't have page breaks, it will show where the separate pages.

Try putting ur cursor exactly between the page seperators (theres a line between them) and the cursor will change into 2 arrows pointing at each other up and down. Just click them and VOILA!!

If you want to get a better view, try looking at your file using print preview. Not sure what else you are asking.
