Ocean fronts being the new locations of beaches on every continent. I know if we don't cut our emissions by 2012 it will be too late to stop global warming. I'm predicting that in 30 years the beaches we know today will no longer exist. That is my prediction only because I do not have much fate in the our abilities to cut down on CO2 emissions.

Interesting Question! My response refers to & follows these 2 Scriptures:

And God went on to say: “Let an expanse come to be in between the waters and let a dividing occur between the waters and the waters.” Then >God proceeded to make the expanse and to make a division between the waters that should be beneath the expanse and the waters that should be above the expanse<. And it came to be so. Ge 1:6-7

In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on this day all the springs of the vast watery deep were broken open and >the floodgates of the heavens< were opened. And the downpour upon the earth >went on for forty days and forty nights<. Ge 7:11-12

The water for the world-wide flood of Noah's day came
(in part) from a layer of 'waters' that God had suspended above the expanse of air around our globe. Initially, the earth had a graceful hilly terrain, rather than the steep mountains & cavernous canyons we see, which came about during the flood. Those waters from above the expanse of air were never put back. Without the hot-house effect from that layer, the waters at the poles quickly froze. It happened so quickly that *large herds of animals have been discovered near the poles (with green grass yet in their digestive tracts), whose meat was so well-preserved that it was served for human consumption in restaurants! If those waters all melt -- and are not restored to their place above 'the expanse' -- the earth would once more be covered ... but this time by Man's direct actions, not God's. Then, as the atmosphere became rebalanced again, the ice would form at the poles again, & land would appear again ... However, Bible-prophecy yet-unfulfilled does not speak of a flood in earth's future ... at least not a flood of literal waters.

*“Riddle of the Frozen Giants,” The Saturday Evening Post of January 16, 1960, observes:

“The list of animals that have been thawed out of this mess would cover several pages. . . . They are all in the muck. These facts indicated water as the agency which engulfed the creatures. . . . many of these animals were perfectly fresh, whole and undamaged, and still either standing or at least kneeling upright. . . .

“Here is a really shocking—to our previous way of thinking—picture. Vast herds of enormous, well-fed beasts not specifically designed for extreme cold, placidly feeding in sunny pastures, delicately plucking flowering buttercups at a temperature in which we would probably not even have needed a coat. Suddenly they were all killed without any visible sign of violence and before they could so much as swallow a last mouthful of food, and then were quick-frozen so rapidly that every cell of their bodies is perfectly preserved, despite their great bulk and their high temperature. What, we may well ask, could possibly do this?”

Well I am not sure if it is an awnser but more like a revision to your question. I don't believe there is "frozen methane at the bottom of the ocean as you stated," However I do know what you are referring to. I think there are small isolated pockets of traped methane below the ocean bottom, or crust. However to be fair when I say small I still mean billions of cubic yards.
