It is not "wrong". In my opinion it's not a question of moral or whatever.
Anyway it's not a very safe deal, such an age difference implies quite a cultural gap between the two persons, that takes a lot of self commitment from both parts to have a true mutual understanding.
In case you consider a serious, long term relationship or even marriage, you also need to think of the future: what will happen in 15 years? He will possibly not be anymore sexually active when you're just 37, how will you manage that?
Now if you two just think about sharing a rather short sentimental affair (at most a few years) it's ok, providing what I wrote above.

Um thats gross, im thinking the line for age differences is 10 years so 32 and 22 im kool with.

Nope, not really. You are both legal consenting adults. There are other things you can take into consideration - the fact that you could be the person's daughter. It's more about what you can deal with - because seeing an older person with a much younger person often makes people wonder "is that his/her daughter/son?"
