Well, here's what I would do. First I would find out some things that you two have in common. Then build up the courage to talk to him. After you two have a friendship going the every so often just patt him on the shoulder when he says some thing funny and say good one or your funny. Maybe then see if he sends good signalls your good

Always have eye contact when you are around that person. Try and go and do things that person likes-clubs,bikes,shopping-whatever it may be. Find something in common and start up a conversation and see how it goes. Good Luck!!!!

My b/f and i was in the same class in high school, (we're grad's now for 2 years) and i just wrote him a note in class one day (we always passed notes) and told him that i liked him. The next day he wrote me back asking me to go out. and we've been together for over 3 years now. So see if you can say it better in a note. It worked for me.!!

set up little stupid awkwad moments with that person
like for example purposely bump into them and drop your books
on accident. and if that person is walking toward a door walk in front of them and open the door for them and hold it open and smile at em

Get high together, make a move, and if they're not for it, blame it on the weed. But if they go with it, it's cool and let them know how you feel.

usually i just tell them i like them or get my friends to do it for me then its there choice to ask me out or not
