Circulation problems. You probably slept on it and cut off the circulation or pinched a nerve. As long as it doesn't keep happening, you're okay. If it doesn't go away after walking around, and sleep in a different position, then check in with a doctor.

FreshB, Much as one of the others stated. You mention genetic disorder? If not Thyroid related? You may want to also have a 'fasting glucose' test for Hypo or Hyperglycemia. If checked me lately? I've been dealing with both, which finally required surgery. Removal of the thyroid. Which then unfortunately lead to Hypoglycemia. Both caused me to be soo cold that hand & feet turned blister red or white. With the glycemia. I now get extremely cold then hot after meals or if I haven't eaten when I should. As for helping those cold feet? Get this all checked. Wear 'Vick's Vapor Rub' & thick socks. Helped me a lot. Not very sexy odour though.

Just guessing here, but your foot is out from under the cover, hanging off the side of the bed (hence becoming numb/falling asleep). That's what's going on. Or, you could call the ER.

You need to focus try to slow your heart rate and put your stupid back under the cover. Do it slowly and no one will get hurt.
I'm sorry, seriously you foot being cold and numb can be a circulation issue. Try putting your foot above your head by proping it up on a bunch of pillows or something.

WELL IT MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH SATAN. WHEN PEOPLE CAN'T SLEEP OR ARE STALKED SPIRITUALLY AND WAKE UP AT 3:00AM IT'S USUALLY THAT. THE SATAN TIME FOR HIM TO BOTHER PEOPLE IS 3:00AM. Its because the a/c is running and your leg is out from under the blanket. Ifs its numb, you were laying on it the wrong way.

That happenes to me, my feet hurt's, when my feet is cold it hurts. I would not worry because ut hurts but not every time, onces i month i think. I been having it for about i was 6 years or less.

Turn off the computer. Read a book or something to get your mind off sleeping (not TV). You'll wander off automatically.
