I don't know about this true peace that enlightened masters talk about, or exactly what it is, but I do feel at peace with myself. I feel that I am a good person, a strong person, and I am happy with myself. I feel that I make good choices. I feel that whatever comes at me in the future, though it is uncertain, I will be able to handle it.

No, I'm not at peace and probably not anywhere near it, especially since a human cannot ever reach perfection. There will always be something out there that I didn't do, or should have done, or will regret doing!

Nope. Through our entire journey of this life, there are always going to be instances that upset us. Achieving total and complete peace only comes in that instant when we pass from this life to the next.

'Tis a state devoutly to be wish'd.
No, seriously, I would love to find anything remotely resembling peace with myself. Heck, I would settle for not hating myself so much.
