Forget religion.
Christ is the path of salvation.
Christ is the truth of God's Word.
Christ is the life eternal.
Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Christ is the tree of life.
Gen 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

I was born and raised in the Methodist Church, but left. What pushed me out of the church were all the one-true-faith advocates. To have to go through Christ, and only Christ, just does not seem right. And the adults were so vehement about it, and so dismissive of there being any value in any faith other than Christianity.
I am now a Buddhist, and find in Buddhism the compassion which was so lacking in my earlier religious experience.

I was born into a Catholic family of six.Throughout my childhood, people around me, family included tried everything to brainwash me.It just didn't work, in fact I am totally against anything the CC stands for
I believe and have believed from a very early age that, religion is all about money. What religion do you know that does not extract a single dime from their flock?

not religion. Christianity. im not being petty. religion is running around talking about "walk with the Lord" "oh I did not write that email it was God in me" "well im sorry your firstborn died but luv the lord with all your heart mind and soul. He works all things together for the good, amen? and God's son died. so be thankful for the sacrifice" you know what I mean.
I believe Jesus loved me more than he loves his own life. I believe He's honestly always there for me, will always love me, will show up when I need him even in the nick of time. what do you believe?
I was raised on it but at some point you grow up and think for yourself and make your own decisions. I'm fourteen. so trust me I don't believe everything my mom says, lol.

Well, I live in an area that is considered part of the ''Bible Belt" so I was raised as a southern baptist (on my fathers side). But now that I'm older my religion is pentecostal (on my mothers side). To me God and religion inspires hope.

I do not have a religion. I just simply believe in god. Frankly there are tooo many religions to know which one is right. I believe as long as you are a good person, and do indeed believe in god you will be alright. My dad was an atheist, and the day he died he said he saw angels. My mom was catholic and has had many miracles happen to her. My ex husband was a Muslim, and my brother has studied Hindu. So just believe and be a good person

I was born with my religion, but after growing up and maturing, reading around, I found that it was the truest one for me. Islam. I can never go anywhere else.

Religion doesn't really do much at all for me, but my relationship with God gives me peace for today, hope for the future, and so much more. Jesus is always there for me, and even when I've blown it, His mercies never fail, and His forgiveness is always a prayer away.
So much more that I can't really even begin to share all He means to me.

the religion i worship is Islam ,and without it i wouldn't be the person that i am . it humbles me and keeps me from anything that can be of any harm. for example, Muslims dint eat pig , because God doesn't want us to eat something that eats dirt mud and garbage .i love my religion and i feel that my religion of Islam ,protects me when i most need it to. I'm very thankful for that!!!!
