You are the type of pet owners I want in the gas chamber.

I bet you looking to adopt a more exotic creature!

Why don't you put yourself to sleep instead.

Let's picture your parents asking this question:

We are tired of our child [meaning YOU], is it okay to put it to sleep if no one wants it?

How would you want people to answer that question?

Maybe you are bored with your dog but he/she probably worships you; dogs usually love their humans. Why don't you think about all the fun things you did before the dog bored you? Or start some new fun things? Maybe take an obedience class together? Or teach him/her a new trick? Or go on an adventure together? Maybe the dog only seems boring because you ignore it all the time.

But if you really have no feelings left for the dog and can't restore the feelings you once had, please don't be selfish by putting the dog to sleep. Think of the dog! Try to find someone else who wants a dog. Someone who will be kind and decent toward it.

NO... it doesn't matter if it is a mutt or not. You shouldn't have gotten the friggin dog if you were going to get "tired of it".... what if your parents got tired of you... is it ok to have you put to sleep. Give it to your local animal shelter. At least it has a chance of someone adopting it. You don't deserve it anyway !

Is it okay to put you to sleep because no one wants you? Figure out what "tires" you of the dog and fix it. There are also plenty of no-kill shelters that might take him. Do the animal world a favor and NEVER get another pet again. And for G-d's sake, don't have children.

It shouldnt matter if it is a mutt. The answer is simply no and you should be ashamed for even asking this whether you meant it or not. Give the dog to a good home, you do not deserve it!

If your parents are tired of you, is it okay for them to kill you if no one wants you?

When you take on a pet, you take on the responsibility to provide for its life necessities. Mutt or purebred, your dog identifies with you as his or her alpha dog. What kind of alpha dog are you if the right to live is based on your selfish whim?

You might want to get a life before deciding whether your dog deserves one.

not if it's not sick. it doesn't matter that it's a mutt. my dogs are full breds, but i actually like mutts better sometimes. list your dog in the classifieds and say it needs a good home. someone will take it I'm sure.

It's not OK....what does being a mutt have to do with it...They tend to make the best pets. Take it to a shelter. At least it may have a chance of finding someone who will care about it. Please, the next time you get an urge to get a pet...please don't!

You are a sad human being with a very sad life. You have no concept of loyalty and love...your path in life will be a difficult one. Your dog is the only true friend you will ever have, he has loved you unconditionally and now your tired of him? Your doomed emotionally...please do not have children, respectful humans in society are trying to eliminate your kind from the gene pool...

You should talk to friends or put up Free To Good Home signs, or maybe put an ad in the local paper. Because if you have no adoption center to surrender it to those would be the best answers. If you have ABSOLUTELY NO more people to try to give it to, put him/her down, but make sure it knew you loved it.
