been talking to and have been out on dates but she is still realy shy and quiet all time.have spent weekends together and been very close. she says she is talkitive but is just shy. what does it take to get her to loosen up a bit?

Just give her time, and DON'T keep bringing up that she is shy. Just keep spending time with her and she will soon get comfortable enough with you to loosen up.

get her very comfortable with u....joke with her ...make fun with each other...but dont ask her why your shy or stuffs like dat..
show her how u like to be in he company.....be very close....i mean be talkative...amd she may follow u.. but give the possibility to express her own ideas
