SOUNDS TO ME LIKE A DIET OR LACK OF CALCUIM. AN AVAIRIAN VET IS THE BEST BET, BUT I DID INCLUDE A VET WEBSITE THAT DEALS WITH DIFFERENT SPECIES OF BIRDS SINCE I DON'T KNOW WHICH TYPE OF COCKATOO YOU HAVE.

Could be time for a shot of vitamin A from the vet. Make sure it's not just powder down from preening :^)
