If you stop masturbating that will help. When you get an erection the blood goes from your big head to your little head. The longer you maintain the erection the longer your headache will last, so stop playing with yourself for so long.

TO ALL the migraine specialists
Never risk your own safety, or that of someone else, by listening to un-licensed yahoo professionals. ESPECIALLY when it comes to the head. You could have a concussion, fractured skull, fluid on the brain, a tumor, a clot, broken blood vessel, bruised or swollen brain, you could have had a brain fart, and the pain will go away in another day or so, But to risk your life on the advice of non-practitioners is a migraine in itself...Especially if you cant identify your actually having a migraine headache.

So before you go eat 30 EXTRA strength EXCEDRIN, buy 3 new pairs of glasses, drink 64ozs of water, stop taking your drugs, stop drinking diet sodas, or even start taking relpax I would at least call your doctor,

Then, once you’re sure you have a migraine, there are some common ways to try to reduce the pain. Not necessarily in this order...

1) KILL THE LIGHT (Complete darkness is best. No PC’s, no reading, no bedroom light, no glasses...etc...)

2) No Noise, the goal is to take something to get rid of the headache, and fall asleep. Falling asleep with a migraine can be very tough.

3) I take 2000mg Tylenol Extra Strength Caplets. (That’s my dose, not yours, I’m not sure what, or how much you can take) Acetaminophen works the best for me, not necessarily you.

4) GET AN EXTREMLY soft pillow and place the most throbbing part of your head on that pillow, get a cold wet rag/towel and wrap it entirely around your head,(sometimes tighter is better, sometimes the headache is too severe to be tight) But replenish the towel with cold water every hour or so. (Depending on if your actually sleeping, never wake to do anything if you can help it) sleep, Tylenol, fluids, darkness quietness, is the key to getting rid of one, or in the real migraine world, subdue it a little.

I prefer in migraine situations, to actually drink soda, because the carbonated water tastes better if I become nauseous. Water only makes me more likely to vomit. If you’re having a real Migraine headache, the second to the LAST THING you want to do is VOMIT, that only leaves the dry heaves at the number 1 thing you want to avoid while suffering from one. You will swear your head is about to XPLODE! There’s only one more thing I do if the above items, wont put me to sleep. I will smoke a little pot, a few light puffs from a joint, NOT a PIPE and not to the point of coughing. The only purpose for the pot is to make you fall asleep. However; if Vomiting has already occurred, Pot is a great nausea eliminator. The reason I say puffs from a joint, is because RESIN, (from a pipe, Bong, etc...) is also a cause and effect for headaches.

Again, if you don’t know or have never experienced what a migraine headache is, A real Migraine headache, call or go see a doctor. You never know what it could be. Your spouse could be trying to kill you with generic Cologne.

Lol good luck

You are either Dehydrated or maybe u have migraines..depending on what you do for a living heat will cause this as well as depression, also Allergy's may be causing this. If they continue I suggest to you to see you're doctor for further testing for something more serious ! Good luck !

do you wear glasses? if not get your eyes checked. you could have what is referred to as a tension headache. if ibuprofen wont relieve the pain try a cold compress to the back of your neck. and lay in a dark and quiet room. if this does not help, see your doctor. it could be migraines. i have them. there is a medication that will take them away.

May be dehydrated - drink at least 64 oz of water a day - see if that helps

Could be either sinuses or you need a eye check up. Have your sinuses checked and if it's not that have your eyes checked. It could also be an allergy to paint. Some people get that.
