How well do you like your job? If this relationship doesn't work out, will you lose your job? If the job's not particularly important to you and you have a lot in common, then go for it. Most 25 year-old guys aren't that mature anyway. The older you get, the less difference 6 years will seem.

My boyfriend is 34 and i'm 24. I was only 19 when we met. We now have a 2 year old girl. Age is just a number really. If you like him then go for it :)

Not TOO big...I got married at 19 and my husband was 24. If you like each other then work it out...he's a little ahead of you in life (or should be) but you're not too far behind...enjoy!
