That is a tough one because Antalya has more 5 star hotels then any other place in the world per capita. If you are looking for a theme hotel like Vegas style there is always Topkapi, White House., Red Square and Amsterdam, there is also Sheraton Voyager, Attalia, Talya Hotel and many more. You cant go wrong with any. As far as night life Antalya is not the best place for night life in Turkey. Great place to relaz. For night life Istanbul, Bodrum, Kusadasi and Cesme lead the way.

Istanbul is a beautiful place. But be very careful in the clubbing and nightlife. Lots of agents on the street who are looking for easy prey. Turkey is a great place with great tradition, great people, friendly environment. But all this is no good if you are alone and have no locals or friend who accompanies you. (don;t carry excessive money, keep credit card / other cards in hotel locker, carry only as much money you need). I am telling you after my personal bitter experiences (can't share you too much, as it is emberrasing).

it is a little bit out of Antalya but Turtel Sorgun is a very beautiful place to spend your holiday
