My place, where I can set everything up, with mood lighting, the right music, the right table setting, etc.
Besides, I'm a pretty good cook. When you have control of all the fixings, and the set up, you are on your way to a romantic evening.
Sometimes, going to a restaurant, can be expensive, and not always up to what you hoped it would be. And there are all those other people there, which can be distracting, when you want to give her, all your loving attention.

In a summer nite in your patio looking at the city lights and relaxing under the stars.. you are away for others and it's just one on one. Then you can pretty much dress however way you want.
