Both reach body temperature within about 2 minutes of swallowing. The point is to drink fluids when it's hot.

coffee as in ice coffee? Because, on a hot day, I prefer a nice cold soda. Actually, to be honest, I prefer a Slurpee from either 7-Eleven or from Quick Check! Mmmmmmm

Actually warmer drinks hot coco or something makes a bigger difference and vice versa for cold days.

it depends on what kind of cold drinks you mean, if its cold beer it does make a difference,a bad difference, hot days drink cold water or believe it or not hot tea or coffee cools you off better than cold drinks.....
