It's none of the below! My daughter gets the same thing. It's an allergy, most likely to grass or mold. You'll need an antihistamine and some cortisone cream. That should do the trick!

I don't believe it is eczema...
Although eczema may look different from person to person, it is most often characterized by dry, red, extremely itchy patches on the skin. Eczema is sometimes referred to as "the itch that rashes," since the itch, when scratched, results in the appearance of the rash.
It sounds more like psoriasis...
pustular psoriasis (white pustules surrounded by red skin
Either way, I would see my general practioner or a dermatologist

I have a similar problem...I tend to get them more commonly after I pull weeds, even if I wear gloves. So I assume it is some type of contact dermatitis. Good luck. PS- I might have a little better control of overall symptoms though because I am on an antihistamine for allergies.

It sounds like chickenpox. My kids had it last summer and started with little bumps (with clear center) and clear ooze comes out of them.
I don't know if you've had chickenpox when you were small, but if you didn't I would treat it as such (its very contagious when they are forming, until the spots have healed and dried up)
It could be exsema, but I don't think fluid would be coming out of it (my son has this, and doesn't sound the same)

Sounds more like poison sumac or oak to me. Wash your hands and apply some medicated cream to soothe the irritation.

It's eczema for sure. Don't scratch! And don't pop! Keep your hands cold and dry and it will go away. Never scratch!!! That just makes more bumps appear.

That sounds a lot like poison ivy to me too- although I did see it once while reacting to some chemicals that my manager insisted I use *without* sufficient protection!

Sounds like ecsima to me. See your doctor they will prescribe a steriod cream that will get rid of it. Beware that it can come back at any time and if the steroid cream gets near a wart...well don't let it get near a wart.
