The only way is with a very painful leg lengthening surgury that takes about a year to recover from. It involves stretching your bones. It's done it's a somewhat common, but taboo procedure in China, i'm not sure how common it is in the US. According to a page I came accross online the cost is typically as follows - In The United States it is about $75,000 for two legs. In Europe, the cost is about $25,000, and can be done for as little as $10,000 in Egypt.

You can ask a doctor for growth hormones. You could get surgery where they break your legs and put pins in them that lets your bones grow longer and after awhile they take the pins out and everything and you are taller but I am guessing that would take a year or more. You could buy some shoes that make you taller.

It depends on how old you are. Young men can grow up until the age of about 23, I once read somewhere. The best thing to do is eat a balanced, nutritional diet, don't smoke, drink or use drugs. Beyond that, it's up to your genes!

Wear heeled shoes or wear clothing that creates the illusion of height.
I'm under five feet. Believe me, you don't really need to be taller.
