Yes you can delete files on Cd, but you will lost those MB on cd ...

If it's a CD-RW disc, no problem. If, however, you are using a CD-R disc, then you will need to either break the disc or microwave it (although I don't know that this will erase all of the data). Regarding a CD-R: you can erase all or nothing, not just one or two.

to check flip it over to the side that you can write on and somewhere itll either say CD-R or CD-RW. If it is a CD-R then you cant

if you burn a CD and your system still allows you to record on it, yes (that's when you call the CD is still open, on one time burn CD's).
if it's a rewritable CD, yes.
If it's a one time burn disk and it's closed, NO.
commercial CD, impossible

only an cd-rw you can, but just a regular cd or an cd-r you can not
