I dont think it is because when i first saw her there was something different about her that made me go WHOA!!!!! And i talked to her for awhile and we started to go out!!!!! But I can never stop thinking about her... she is always on my mind! And i just want to know if 1 weeks is too short to know if im in love because i think im 100% im LOVE!!!!!

It could be spurratic love. Though, I think your symptom is more likely to be infatuation. It's wonderful to be smitten with someone right off the bat! That's why we all strive to be with someone. It's the greatest feeling ever when you have new love blossoming. But don't get too hasty with telling her how you feel (the whole "L" word). Let it flow and see where things go from there.
No one can tell you if you're in love or not. But I just know, from personal experience, that the first couple of months are usually infatuation with finding a person who feels the same way you feel about them.
If you still feel the same by this winter, I'd say you're probably a good candidate for long-term love.

Well honestly, it is too early to think you are in love because you don't really know her that well. You might be infactuated with her, but that is totally different from love. Give it at least another couple of months because things to change and you will see that you will find that there are certain things that she does or will start to do that you will not like and will drive you up the wall. Get to know her inside and out and that takes a while, then re-evaluate your feelings and then see if you still feel the same way. Good luck and I wish you the best!

Well in a sense you are in love, as in your brain has released chemicals to make you go googly eyed over this girl. This can last well over 2 years. Now you may in fact be in love with this girl too, I am not saying it is too soon or what not, but just to let you know what you are experiencing right now is the "In love feeling" which is a temporary high stimulated by the brain.
True love is after that when you can care about the person anyway and not feel like climbing a mountain for her at the same time.

Give it some time. You need to get over the new part of the relationship. That is why you are falling so deeply into it , you are in love ,with love right now. Don't rush into things so fast take it nice and slow and let it progress the way nature wants it to and if she is the right girl then down the line you may be really in love. Just give it a few weeks. I was once in your shoes saying those exact words many years ago and I ended up with the guy so It does happen. 24 years and counting.

I would have to say that thats a little bit too soon. Take it from me. I once did that to my first gf. At that time, she was perfect, her family was perfect, it just seemed to fit. But, after 1 month, we both were planning our wedding 6yrs down the road. It seemed fine, until she called me up one night, saying she wanted to break up. She never gave a reason, but after that, it got me thinking that it was just "jumping the gun" too much. WAY too much. Just give it time. Enjoy it now and don't get too caught up in the future of things. This stuff is usually what girls will break up over, because it's too soon. Live life.

no it is not to soon.i believe that the avarage days to get to know a certain person is (at the most)4 days.you can really get to a person 4 days.but if you feel the need to kiss her then you should wait unti at least another week when you can get to no each other more better.its never to good to come on to someone too fast or too slow but at the right time and only you no when the time is right.

1 week is not long enough to know someone . As they say everyone is on their best behavious when they first meet someone . I am sure you love her , and I hope it works out !!!! this is the stage that you take to really get to know some one . many people feel the saem way you do when they begin a relationship but you have to waite till you discover who they really are...idiot man ...whith what you wrote ..how can you nick name yourslef that ...well put !

Yes, it's way to soon, love is blind, and always when we meet that special someone. Wait till you know each other better, either the love will blossom, or disappear, and that is life, I'm afraid.

It's called lust or infatuation, don't act too crazy, wait a few months to really get to know each other and then see how you are feeling.
