It's a beautiful thing to be in love when you are young. You haven't had time to experience being hurt, disappointed and disillusioned by someone. You love that person with complete abandon and believe that you can have that feeling forever. I think that it's possible for young love to last. If you are willing to stand by each other through the good times and the bad times. If you accept the changes in each other as you go through life. I Wish You Much Happiness!

Some people get married at 18 and some people don't have their first kiss until over 18. Everyone is different.
The best thing you can do is to just live.
Don't question the future, and try not to plan anything too far ahead. Just go with the flow.
If you are in love, only you can know it! :) And only you and your lover can make it last.
Keep it up and see what the future has in store for you when the time comes.
Good luck!

Yes, absolutly. I too fell in love when I was 18. And again. And again. Etc. And I had my heart broken too many times. Everyone want love to be perfect. It's not. So when something tiny happens to irk you or your boyfriend things start to break down. Stay together if you want but don't get married. One of you will probably want to change soon for one reason or another. Perhaps it might be better to see other people to. But don't bring this subject up. If he does then agree with him. I'm 49, I can't tell you how many people get divorced after a few years for the silliest reason. I think the main reason is people get tired of each other. That's why there's the 7 year itch.

The best advise is to live with each other for at least 2 years. That way you will learn each others habit. Plus you will find out if your compatible as a married couple.
That's is what I did my husband is 11 years my senior. We have been together for 35 years now, married 33 of it.
We still love each other, in all that time we have NEVER called the other a name. Those hurt and can not be taken back. If we did have an argument one of us left before it got to heated. and We never went to bed without saying I love you.
Keep that in mind you'll do greattttttttt.

You can't predict the future so just take it as it is now. Don't worry too much, i see you're anxious and probably him as well. I do understand how you feel coz i've already felt that way too more than once.
Just enjoy love, enjoy this love and whatever comes after this. Enjoy what love gives you and hey respect each other and be there for each other always. That's the way to go if you guys wanna get married one day.

No one ever does, it's all part of growing up. We fall in and out of love often, sad but true. Usually we are madly in love, when we first meet someone new, and they blow us away. Then as time goes by, we get to know them better, and the blinkers slide away. It's love, if even after that, you still want to be with them, warts and all.
Sometimes, we love them more, knowing all their faults and foibles, and then there are others, that we, just can't stand anymore and dump as soon as we can.
Only time will tell about your relationship, so just play it day by day, and take a good hard look at him. See if you really like what you see.

I know a girl who fell in love at age 14. And, miraculously, they are still together now. Ofcourse, her boyfriend was a bit older than her but... That has made me believe that u can fall in love at any age. Age has nothing to do with it. Sometimes things just seem to work out perfectly. And sometimes they dont.

the chances of you marrying your first love is not ging to happen, you change when you are an adult from when you are a child or a teen.so dont expect to be in love with this guy for years or months or whatever, it is just puppy love and you will get over it as you grow up.

I know several couples that got married that young and are married 15 or so years now. I guess it depends. If you are having doubts, don't do it.
