You deal with it by coping with your disabilty. Learn new skills, stay as healthy as posible. Build up your upper strength. Do the pity party for awhile and get back in the groove of things.

Learn to do awesome stunks with the wheel chair, use it to pick up women and gotta GRUNT GRUNT GRUNT hook up an engine to the wheel chair....lay a patch when the light goes green.....I wonder if I will need turn signals...hmmm I wonder.
