Sure - it is supposed to happen. It also happens when you love so much you can feel it in your chest. It is in your solar plexes. It is proven that some emotions good or bad can actually have an effect on you physically where you will be able to actually feel it.
My advice to you is to rediscover some things that make you happy, and do some of those things. Maybe get a therapist to talk with about your problems, too. Crying helps, too. Remember that nothing can last forever - not even pain. You can pull through this.

Wow. It has been a long time and honestly, I know I hurt (as in I didn't even want to get out of bed to use the bathroom b/c I did not feel worthy of release) but God is good. I can not remeber the exact pain and heartwrenching sadness. All I can say is that this too will pass. May God bless your actions.

Yes i have, 3 years ago I broke up from a 1 year relationship...it's ok, the pain occured on and off for a couple of weeks then it phased off, after a few month it's gone, no aftermath.

Breaking up with someone you love the most hurts like a *****. It feels like your heart is about to explode. Are you okay? Having a heart attack or love troubles? Take some bayer aspirin, or go to a strip club.

back surgury still hurts.... but getting electricuted hurts the heart in a sharp pain!!! heart attack pain starts in the left shoulder!
