Good question, good to see that you are truly interested in seeking answers. Jesus said, seek and you shall find, ask and you will receive. Well, the bible states that only 144,000 people will go to heaven and that the righteous will possess the earth. (Psalms 37:10,11). God is a God of order, not of disorder. He is very organized and he knows what he is doing. For more info please go to the source below. The bible states that for 1000 years the righteous and the unrighteous will be resurrected back to earth and come to perfection. If they choose to disobey God during that time, they will be annihilated right away.

This is a good example of how it is a bad idea to take things too literally.

If God really is going to try each and every person over every moment of their lives, then the trial will probably take at least as long as the orginal lifespan and maybe even 10 times longer. Think of it as playing a little bit of videotape, discussing that bit, and then moving on. When this has to be done for 8-10 billion people many of whom lived for several decades or more, the Last Judgement could several trillion years.

Hey everyone, here is another question that That runs contrary to the basic nature of God. God is not limited in His being by either time or space. Jesus said "Before Abraham was I AM" It's not just the name of God it's part of his nature. He can handle the judgment of the dead all of them at one time. Don't worry if you stand spiritually dead at the Great White Throne. You won't have to wait to be cast into the Lake of Fire. Until the time thqat the dead are judged they wait in hell. Remember death and hell are also cast into the Lake of Fire..

Well, there are 2 places to be put...Heaven or Hell. As far as how long will judgement take? There is no time in the Spirit realm. Time is simply a measuring tool for us humans. G-d is outside time. What may take us hours here on earth can be done in an instant in the spirit realm.

I think you are trying to answer a spiritual question with our limited physical 'reality' for reasoning. A mistake commonly made by most religious dogmas.

God being infinite, ie. beyond limits of space/time, who know how to interpret the 'Judgement' issue.

When we are no longer physical, I feel our spirit or consciousness will 'know', as it does now, though we are often deaf or unconscious of it.

I suppose he could raise their souls from their graves one at a time so you just go straight to judgment, no waiting in line or anything.

A thousand years to man is only one for god, so let him worry about that. After all its only a belief that god exists at all.

I could take forever, I mean everyone did alot of sins, but God forgave them but he could say them over if the person didn't ask for him to forguve them.

There will be an extremely long line, and you'll have to stand there listening to elevator music.
