I'm an attractive boy, 21 and I knew a girl(Jéssica, 13) of my city by internet(orkut) the first contact I made with her was at my job. She passed by me a couple of times, I think 5x, she made eye contact sometimes but very fast. Some days later she contacted me over internet asking if was I on the same party she was. note: at this party she looked at me sometimes fast(3 or 4) so stopped. On the msg she said something like "hey, was it you at the party that day?" just that. So I answered informally saying yes, I mentioned I saw here at the party and made a little compliment.
So a week after that without any contact, she passed in front of the restaurant I work again 3 times this time she didn't give a look, but at the third time she stopped exactly in front of the restaurant with her friends(smiling and talking) so she looked at me very fast.
A day after I sent her another message, saying I saw her and asked how she was, life at all and if she'd hang out saturday...to be continued...

She answered enthusiastically saying yes, she was trying to live the best of her life and said she'd hang out this time sent kisses(very usual here in Brazil so I didn't considered that much). Sunday I contacted her for the first time live on msn(I got from her profile on orkut) asking about her saturday. She'd answered sadly, saying she wasn't good, she was bored so she
stayed at home. We talk I little, I said her to go to the beach, relax a little. she talked a little, said she'd invite her friend and go.
This time I was going to my job and so I said bye and made a little compliment
again, like bye pretty girl. Today I talked to her again on msn, she talked I lot and seem not to stopping, I said something about work, she said she works helping her mom (incredible for a 13y girl). She made a very feel questions, and contradicted me saying she don't like to travel when I asked her about it, note: I really like to travel and its on my orkut... to be continued...

, after some time I became out of subject, asked something and she started to answer, something like "yeah ^^", "hahaha.. good one", "I knew... hehehe :D". I felt my conversation was like monologue, so I said something like "sunday I gone to the beach and talked to some friends, was good! :D"
she said "yeah... ^^"(this means a face like haha). That was the end of it, what do you think, she's interested or not? I'm very confused because if she wouldn't want to talk to me, block me on msn would be an easy thing to do.

Thank you very much! :)
Victor

Thank you for the advice about the age.
Don't forget she made the first contact, I like her, and seems she likes me too.
And yes, I know its illegal but I'm not forcing anyone to be with me.
Consider she works, has plans and cares about the future and she's don't think like a child.
My question is just if she is interested in me or not. Please, forget about the age because we both don't look like the age we have.

Well if she acts like that then I'd say that she is definatlly interested maybe in a crush on the " older guy" type way. If she says she'll hang out then go for it. Otherwise she may just be too shy.

First of all, is 13 not jailbait in Brazil? It is here. Second of all, you are a young man, she is just barely a teenager. Teenage girls are not grown women- they are still very much part little girls, it wasn't too long ago that they would still have been playing with Barbie Dolls. My suggestion to you would be to look for a girl nearer your own age, who has had a bit of time to become more of a woman than a little girl. You'll find a lot more in common with someone closer to you in age.

I have a daughter that is 13 and not mature at all in any way. I am upset because she's got her eye on a boy that is 16 down the street. Think of it this way, she just started her period and her hormones are raging, of course she thinks she's interested but not near old enough to know what she wants. For your own sake drop her out of your head, I wouldn't wait for you to go to jail, I'd take care of you myself.

She's 13 and you're 21......come on! Leave her alone and tell her to get lost you are like an old pervert to her. I don't care if it is normal in Brazil you should be intelligent enough to know hanging with a 13 year old is taboo. Get a life Rico Suave.

You're 21, she's 13. There should be no interest level between the 2 of you. Find someone of legal age.

She is interested in you because of her age. It's called a crush!
Be careful not to hurt her feelings but let her know that she CAN
find a good looking boy her own age.

I read the first sentence and stopped right there. It sounds like you are twenty one and she is 13. Forget it she is too young for you way too young. Look for someone that is at least of legal age.

If she's only 13, you need to start looking at older girls, like 17 or 18 at least.
