Go out with him. If you are worried about controlling your urges, do something that would make you want to wait (on a first date, some women won't shave their legs, some will only do a first date during that time of month, etc.).

If you don't care about the repercussions of dating someone at work then go for it! Society says it's not okay for women to have sex whenever they feel like it - that's BULL****. Don't feel guilty about having urges and as far as I'm concerned do whatever you feel. If you want to and you won't feel bad about it then go for it. It's your life and your body and you should do what you want! Don't let a smothering and unfair society hold you back!!!

Never EVER date a coworker!
If you haveto be with him and you cant control yourself, then try masterbating till you cant stand doing it anymore then go on the date. You shouldnt have a problem after all that!
Besides THATS the reason he wants to be with you! He knows your EASY.

You just have to tell yourself that a few minutes of pleasure isn't worth your self respect. If you give it up easily the guy will no longer respect you and you will get a bad reputation around work. Plus this guy will probally not talk to you anymore unless he just wants to use you for sex. So do you still think that a few minutes of pleasure is worth it?

Play with yourself before you go out. 2 hours before the date play with yourself and get it out of the way so you can have a decent date without the pressure of the sex thing!!

Listen, society puts a hold on sexual urges. They are only natural. It's a basic human instinct, and we won;t be truly civilized if we deny our instincts. I say let your freak flag fly. think of the after effects. if you really like this guy, but don't see anything materializing after you had sex with him, its a bad idea. think about the akwardness at work. this would most likely create tension between the two of you.
there are plenty of ways to have funnn without goin all the way.
