I love them all but I'll go with chicken since I eat that more than the other two.

Chicken for sure. Here's a recipe for the best Chicken Strips in the world, hands down!
Breading mixture:
1/2 flour
1/2 finely crushed white crackers
Make as much or as little as you need, depending on how many you're making. (I keep a quart jar of it on hand all the time)
Cut boneless chicken breasts into strips.
Dredge them in plain flour, then into egg wash, then into the breading mix.
Fry in hot oil in a large skillet. Fry only until light to medium brown...do not overcook!
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
**This fantastic breading mix is also great on pork chops, cutlets, and chicken fried steak, which are also placed in the flour, egg wash, and then the breading mix. (season the meat beforehand to suit yourself)

Chicken most definitely. I find it to be the most versatile meat. I have yet to see people put beef chunks in their salad or find canned beef or pork. Have yet to come across beef or pork salad.
