i have below the shoulder hair and i need some big hair rollers or a good curling iron so that the curls will stay. i have very straight hair. any ideas?

Since your hair is straight it is probably slippery. Use foam rollers or a small barrel (about 1 or 1and1/2 inch) curling iron. That way the curls are more likely to stay in place. Also, you might want to consider using a prep curling shampoo (John Frieda makes them) and a heat protectant.

go to the beauty supply store for the two piece rollers the snaps on. They usually come in black or pink or yellow. I use jumbo black and large black rollers.Thats what I use and I have shoulder length hair. Do not buy the sponge rollers they cause hair breakage. I dont use curling irons. I roll my hair nightly.

depedns... curling irons work best on straight/ thin hair and rollers work best in thick hair
