It could be a very wide number of things ranging from mental issues to physical issues or a combination of both. Or it could be Environmental.
I would suggest seeing a doctor.
Even an average General Practitioner is able to determine certain things in your condition that will lead him to a suggestion on treatment.
And he is able to prescribe any medications needed for the most part.
I would from experience say, if its a small amount of anxiety its prolly an acute anxiety disorder.
Im not doctor at all though, so dont take my word for it.

See a physician.

There is always a reason for being anxious. It may be something that you have respressed or little things building up or a bad feeling about something. You just have to search your mind and find out what it is...it takes work. I know the feeling. But I also know you can do it.

Do something that you find relaxing. Take deep breaths. Try some yoga or Ti Chi. Maybe rock in a rocking chair or something repetitive. I suffer from the same thing. Medication makes a world of difference.

Sounds like stress. Do some stretching exercises. That will release the tension inside.
