Going against the grain here, it's really easy to say, "Go Out With Me," when you're a stranger on the internet, I'm going to be more sympathetic to the situation. Don't ask him out on a one-on-one date. Nobody does that anymore. Instead ask him to go with you to someplace you're already going to. Like a football game or something like that. When you ask him, make sure you're doing him the favor here. For example:
"I'm going to a ksu game mizzou with some friends, you can come along too if you want, it's no big deal."
'It's no big deal' has turned into the best pickup line in the world. Use it. And if he doesn't want to roll with you,

Depends on when and where you are asking. Make sure you guys have a light rapport first - school, work, and etc. Then ask him where are good places to hang out and have fun. From his answer, you'll know if you should pursue relationship further over time OR back off.

If he likes you there is no wrong way to ask him out just come out and ask Guys don't like it when we beat around the bush just ask him but don't ask in front of his friends guys are diffrent around the guys ya know

Just be straight forward and ask him if he would like to hang out some time. Get to know him and then you could go even further, like getting in a relationship. I had a couple girls ask me out, and it is way cooler than asking them and flattering.

Hell sweetheart just ask guys will be 1 of 2 things happy you asked or say screw off pretty much.To have a pretty lady come up to me and ask me out would be an awesome thing in my opinion.Guys arent that complicated really it is just ask and they will tell you.

Well guys are not snobs like girls so they are easy to talk to but i suggest just asking if he wants to hang out some time,then if he says no you are not embarassed by letting him know you like like him.
