i have to be near exhaustian to fall asleep quickly, usually an hour+ easily and i can only sleep if the telly is on! leccy bill is always high, lol.

It takes me usually half an hour or so to get to sleep after I go to bed. I have no idea why, but it just takes me a while to get used to the idea that I need to go to sleep, but sometimes I'm out within ten minutes. Most likely because of exhaustion.

i sleep very well at night i fall asleep easy and fast, i like to believe it is because i have kept a clear concuss. if it takes you long periods of time to fall asleep then try these tricks, focus on not thinking, focus on lowering your heart rate. if these don't help then look for stress levels, and external pressures.
