It has the same nutritional value as whole milk, and some people like it. Other people consider it just a bunch of dried up rancid milk with the mold scraped off [sometimes not]. But it keeps longer than milk, having already gone into being cheese. So it depends on what you like.

both.
Lactose intolerant? It's death on a plate.
On the other hand, it's a highly concentrated and storable form of energy (fat) and protein; it's rich in calcium, and also quite tasty.
On the third hand, If you're on a diet maybe you should look for some _less_ concentrated foods.
So, good or bad? Depends on how you use it. Remember, always use your cheese for good, never for evil.

Awwww, cheese. My drug of choice. It clogs up arteries, makes people who are addicted to it fat, but oh, does it taste great.
That gooey, melted piece of heaven is a gift from God. There are so many varieties...enough to please the most demanding connoiseur.
What can I say? I love cheese.
The only warning I can give you is, if you are pregnant, don't eat soft cheeses - they can be dangerous.
Other than that - enjoy!
