does anyone remember a type of cookie from their childhood, usually sold at grocery stores, i think it was called a divinity cookie. it was a lot like a normal cookie with whatever such as choco chips in it, but it had a powdered sugar coating which melted in your mouth when you bit in to the cookie...almost like divinity, but not quite. if you remember this cookie, what is it properly called, and is there a recipe anywhere out there for it? do you know where you can get them still? i have tried epicurious.com and allrecipes.com and no luck. any suggestions would be great

It's called pecan divinity, and it's a sugary ball with a pecan on top. I remember those sugary treats, too. I used to be majorly addicted to them.
