It does nothing for the longterrm size of your penis. The fact is nothing does. A penis pump will simply enlarge the girth of your member by increasing the bloodflow temporarily. Eventually it will go down to the normal size your genetic blueprint has designed.
Now, a good English book, or a user friendly dictionary will do you wonders. If your "bother" cared for you at all, he would take back that contraption and give you something that's more useful, and hardly able to get you into trouble.

ok basically it does nothing for me, but in general it helps pulls all the blood tha a penis is supposed to hold into the penis and then some. It is a dangerous thing to mess with. It can cause permanent damage to the capelaries in your penis as well.
