The short answer is: you tease and you surprise.
You have to use your own imagination here and study your partners reactions on everything you do. Also take your time. For somebody who is helplessly tied up and blindfolded the other senses work overtime. So you have to provide the entertainment, using hands, mouth, and all sorts of objects with different texture and temperature.

What I mean by harm is no long-term physical injuries or emotional problems. Consent is a must. Otherwise, it's fair game for anything that you can think of.
Think of it as an opportunity to develop a fantasy. If you are switching (which it sounds like you do), consider what you would like to do when on top (the binder).
