Cause I believe it is a matter of weak personality. which could't get
a strong dvelopment due to the enviromet where persons grow up.

A disease is an abnormal condition of the body or mind that causes discomfort, dysfunction, or distress to the person afflicted or those in contact with the person. The problem here is immaturity is a NORMAL condition if indeed you are young. Additionally there is no specific treatment, as you mention. The only time that it becomes really adnormal is when someone who is old enough to be an adult continues to act like a child, especially when they have responsibilities, like their own children. Not all the time, but often you see that sort of behavior assoicated with substance abuse.
I have seen cases where an individual continues to be immature despite decent parenting and a good environment...but of course there must be something in their upbringing where they failed to get the point about life's responsibilities.

NO WAY! immaturity isnt a desease or an illness! how the hell can something like that be treated? how can pills make your personality mature? the environment? HA wanna bet,if u grow up in a real mature environment,chances are-u will be messed up later on if not allready! so how is pills going to fix where u live at or whatever ?!? they cannot change someones MIND they can merely help it,if its sick,and immaturity isnt a sickness soooo.....

It depends what you mean by "immaturity". Child psychological development is a very active area for the medical profession, and there are many illnesses that relate to developmental failures that are purely social. That doesn't mean doctors think everybody who acts like a jerk is medically sick, but some may be.

It is not a disease but don't be surprised if it becomes one in later years. It is like ADD or ADHD, it wasn't a disease until later and just because it is now called a disease or disorder does not make it true. ADD is just a BS disease made up for stupid hyperactive kids who can't pay attention. In America, we make stuff up, like diseases and disorder to accommodate the stupid people.
