Sounds like he has moved on to something else. My condolences for having a guy that is too chicken to at least give you closure.

I'm a guy, so this may sound rude, but maybe things are the way they should be. Maybe this guy didn't see the same connection you did and decided to gracefully end it. I mean, he could have led you on, or tried to see what he could get out of the equation before cutting you off. I know this about the Internet, it's awfully tempting and easy to be someone you are not until you make a connection, but a lot harder to keep it up once actual contact is made. Perhaps he just couldn't keep up the charade any longer?

Actually your question should not be why are guys so rude...because not ALL guys are rude.....maybe this should be a lesson learned to not be meeting guys on the Internet.....Not to say that it never works out, but for the most part its just not safe, and you never know who your really talking to....you don't know what they are up to or what they look like, or who else they are talking to.......Honestly if you want to meet a guy I would stick to meeting them in person and not on the Internet....its usually a bad idea.

I'm sorry to say, he may have found someone else. Unfortunately, alot of people you meet online are only after one thing, I know, I've been there.
Best thing you can do is get over it, I know that it's easier said than done in most cases as you're usually left with that sinking feeling in your chest.

Because they just are!! but so are we - My suggestion is to not meet males on the Internet!! Go to a bar or something!! He could be a 60 year old man for all you know!

Well, a guy on the 'net is not exactly a prime catch. You no doubt did not send him a sexy picture of your self or get on your webcam...that is all he was likely looking for. Guys don't get online much to chat with girls.....they can chat with girls in real life.

Be careful on the internet...things are not always the way they appear.
Guys you want to be with are not rude.
So ask yourself why you would continue to seek out attention from either gender who was rude to you.

"Guys" arn't ... some individuals (girls included) are.
I wouldn't hold out for anything meaningful on the 'net.
Sorry but real life has a much better chance of finding you what you want.

yup. he obviously is not who he claimed himself to be. Maybe he felt you were getting way too serious too quickly. In any case, let go of him and move on. It's obvious he doesn't want to deal with you -- his loss.
