I don't know a direct answer to your question... However, I do know that airlines, such as Southwest Airlines, look at the cost of a plane in terms of CASM - "Cost per Available Seat-Mile". It breaks down the flight by how many seats are on board and how many miles the flight with travel. With a little math (and knowing how much it costs the plane to operate), the airline executives know how much they have to charge per seat and per mile to break even on the flight (or hopefully even make money!).

I fly the C-5 Galaxy. It costs roughly $15,000 per hour, including everything. I would imagine that the Boeing 737 would probably be right around 1/3rd of this price, probably right around $5,000 per hour. Just a guesstimation.
