If the scar is really that long, there also might have been heart surgery or abdominal surgery.

No, an abortion does not leave scars like that. Heart surgery does, ask them, they may just never felt the need to tell you about it, as they see it everyday and forget about it.

Is it a tan line or is it hair? If it's a little fuzzy, that's known as a linea alba, I think. It's normal.
