Ok, i like this guys, he is nice looking and so am I. He ask me to go get some ice cream, but told him I couldn't I had plans already but he wouldn't give me a second chance. What should I do if he talks to me again or should I forget him and move on find another guy. Please help me in someway. Thanks.

Move on and find a another guy. Hes obvisiouly not interested if he doesnt want to give you another chance.

Go ask him if the offer for ice-cream still stands. Be sure to tell him that you were just busy that day, and you hope he didn't get the idea that you were trying to reject him.
He probably felt a bit hurt, so if you want to go out with him, the next move is probably yours.
