Fall on your knees & ask God to help you. Also seek counseling right away from a Pastor or a professional > but life is worth living. there is nothing bad enough to take your life. People don't realisze that killing ones self isn't the end~God Bless, you are in my Prayers~

Go and see your doctor. I promise you.

Doctor's aren't the enemy. They aren't there to come along and lock you away. You're not insane.

Suicidal thoughts are the result of a psychological illness. There's nothing wrong with having a psychological illness. It's just the same as having a physical one.

I mean, if you've got a really bad sore throat, you see your doctor, because you know he's trained to cure you, or put you in touch with the people who can. It's the same with psychological illnesses. The doctor is there to help you become well again. They're trained for it. They've made the choice to dedicate their life to it.

Most of the time, suicidal thoughts are the sympton of a deeper illness. As I'm sure you know, it's far better to treat the cause then the symptons. And that's what the doctor will do for you.

I say this a lot. It took me many, many years to work this out, and I regret every day I didn't believe it. If I had a broken leg, I would be straight down there. Why did it take me so long to work this one out? Don't wait until you've wasted your life; listen to the voice of experience.

Whatever caused you to be suicidal before is still unresolved. You may have just buried it rather then deal with it, but it needs to be dealt with. Talk about it to someone you trust, if there is no one, find someone who will listen, a religious leader, a counsel,or a friend. Good luck to you.

I agree with quickfoot3. Find a professional to talk to on a regular basis. There is NO shame in doing that. Actually, knowing something is wrong and then finding someone to help you fix it is a pretty darned smart thing to do.

Therapy ... There are community resources available to help you with this. You may learn from the process ... enough to help other people in the same situation. If you learn to help others ... and really want to you have found a reason to live. Try thinking of others and less of yourself.

I've been there and it's hard! Have you tried getting any counseling for it? How about meds? It's hard to deal with life sometimes! No matter what anyone else may think or say, I think we have all had that thought at one time or another! Please seek some sort of help!

Think of all the happy times in your life and try not to focus on the bad ones.

One way I get over depressive feelings is to concentrate on listening to others' problems. Then mine do not look so bad. This is a win/win situation if you can do this. I hope you feel better soon.

Think of better things....i kno its hard but you have to get over these thoughts.....when something comes up......take deep breaths....stay calm...relax....talk to a close friend....it helps to write all your thoughts down in a journal...just find your "happy place" ........i know this sounds really like yoga-ish or whatever but it will help.....
